Customer Service Specialist
Americhem International, PA’s leading janitorial and office supplies distributor, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist to join its team. This individual is tasked with providing stellar service in response to customer inquiries about products, orders, and services, and handling and resolving complaints. This individual will leverage their knowledge and skills to help Americhem become our customers’ “trusted partner in clean!”
What you’ll do:
- Assist customers in answering questions and providing product or order information as needed.
- Process customer orders over the phone, in person, or online.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to resolve issues and follow throughs with the customer
- Support the sales department by generating quotes
To be considered, applicants must possess High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years related experience and/or training. In addition, interested applicants should also possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
